Staging Process

Our process is simple and can be summed up in three helpful steps:


Through an open, collaborative process, our team works directly with the client to realize their aesthetic vision while accommodating concerns or financial restraints. The process is fun, less daunting, and solution oriented once you bring in an expert.


Congratulations! You’ve taken the first step to utilizing the best marketing tool in the real estate market, Staging your Property/Listing and have sought out expert advice. SOS is where Organization and Space Planning meets DESIGN.

First, we get acquainted over a complimentary “fact-finding phone call” where we learn your goals, areas of concern, and budget. Once we determine that we are a fit, we schedule an onsite One Hour consultation. (On-site consultations for vacant properties are complimentary; occupied properties are charged an hourly rate [please inquire]).


Second, we will schedule an on-site visit to see the property – take measurements of the space, before pictures, review the vision for the project, present a quote and determine time frames.  Once we have agreed on a budget, just give us a 2-3 day notice on your desired installation date.  We require a signed estimate and a deposit of the first month’s staging lease to secure an installation date.



Let the FUN begin! Upon arriving at the site we review our work load, delegate priorities, and get to work. Your level of commitment with this process can work in one of two ways:

1. Work alongside the designer(s); or
2. Work more independently with directions and an action plan.

Upon completion, we will take “After” pictures of the newly staged property.  Then the property is ready to be featured in it’s best light to sell fast and for top dollar!  We love seeing the “SOLD” sign time and again!
