Our rental process is simple and can be summed up in three helpful steps:
Through an open, collaborative process, our team works directly with the client to realize their aesthetic vision while accommodating concerns or financial restraints. The process is fun, less daunting, and solution oriented once you bring in an expert.

Our collection is compiled of unique and gorgeous hand-selected pieces, and each item is in high demand! We love that you love our items, but sometime we cannot guarantee every item will be available. Please make sure to reserve your pieces before someone else does.
Once you have the date and venue location secured for your special event and a custom quote from our team; please fill out our rental agreement. In order to reserve items: a completed rental agreement and 50% non-refundable reservation retainer is required.
Let the fun begin! We understand how overwhelmingly exciting and, at the same time, emotionally and physically draining planning a special event can be. We’re here to make that journey as seamless and stress-free as possible, so you and your guests can fully enjoy your special day!
One to two months prior to the event, we will set up an appointment for a VENUE WALK-THRU (if necessary). Every customer gets a 1 hr Venue Consultation with Virginia to discuss event details and set-up.
Full Payment is due 15 days prior to scheduled event date. NO EXCEPTIONS. For Photo Shoots: Full Payment is due 10 days prior to scheduled photo shoot. Payment must be paid in full prior to photo shoot date (or at time of delivery if otherwise arranged).
